Eligibility

• Anyone is welcome to participate in the referral program, including clients, friends, colleagues, and community members.
• To qualify, referrals must be new clients who have not previously worked with Chirotize or been in contact with our sales team.

Referral Identification

• The referred client must list you as their referral source at the time of sign-up using the designated field on our intake form.
• If this step is missed, the client must notify Chirotize in writing (email is sufficient) within 30 days of signing up to validate your referral.
• Referrals submitted after this 30-day window are not eligible for payment.

Payout Structure

• $500 for every client who signs up for a website build combined with our full SEO and management services.
• $200 for every client who signs up for a website build with basic hosting services.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the amount you can earn.

Payment Method

• Payments will be issued via ACH or Venmo, typically within 30 days after the client has signed their agreement and made their first payment to Chirotize.
• Chirotize is not responsible for any processing fees charged by your bank, Venmo, or other financial institutions.

Taxes

• Referral payments are considered taxable income. It is your responsibility to report these earnings and make any required payments for local, state, and federal taxes.
• Chirotize will not provide tax documentation (e.g., 1099 forms) unless required by law.

Independent Status

• Participation in the referral program does not make you a contractor, partner, or employee of Chirotize.
• You are not authorized to present yourself as an agent of the company or make commitments on our behalf.

Program Changes

• Chirotize reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any changes will not affect referrals already submitted prior to the change.
